"DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL...THEY WILL TELL YOU YOUR ROOM/ANY ROOMS WILL NOT BE READY UNTIL BETWEEN 4-6 except PENTHOUSE SUITES(I WAS THERE 3:45-4:20) OR WHENEVER they get GET READY...IS WHAT I OBSERVED/HEARD THEM telling EVERYONE....EVERYONE coming in to CHECK-IN at 4:00PM"GO N ENJOY/PLAY in the casino"... Check in CLEARLY STATES... STARTS AT 4:00 PM The thing that attempted to check me in and THE MANAGER DON'T BELONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE... SHAMEFUL trying to get people to lose MONEY while WAITING to CHECK-IN to the rooms.... ."

"The hotel is nice but the staff was not friendly at all. They didn’t show us where the elevator was, parking was terrible. There was nothing to carry our luggage on. Did not give us any information about the food or amenities!"

"The staff members were friendly and helpful. This is one of very few places to stay in Bay St. Louis. Close to the beach and casino. The room was spacious and had been updated somewhat recently. Rooms are nicer on the inside than the outside but nothing fancy. Bathroom was clean but outdated, with a very small bathtub/shower. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. Large channel selection on the tv. Motel only provided small bar soap and no hairdryer. Got locked out of bathroom and had to call the front desk to open the door."
