very cozy place!
The family really enjoyed our time here nice and quiet. the location was perfect everything you need within a few Miles. This place has lots of space and was very clean and maintained. This location also allows you to do all kinds of things like swimming, fishing, kayaking and manatee tours this is a perfect location.

Nice place to stay
Everything was fine except for the 2 Double beds. The mattress on both beds were very old. We turned the mattress and didn't make no difference. It was stained and springs were coming threw.. The 2 twin beds were good. At least 4 times of our visit there was a smell in the room with the twin beds. The dishwasher had a part missing the part was laying inside the dishwasher. I think it was a part that sprays water. But other then that it a very nice quiet place to stay.

Great getaway
House was clean and well stocked with items needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Yard is big and clean and we enjoyed having a grill to cook on.
