Also one member of reception staff was very rude to my daughter when her room key wouldn’t work - not her fault and uncalled for. Wouldn’t stay again."

"The rooms are beautiful and parking was crazy especially during thanksgiving extremely tight. One manager approached me about keeping my son quiet because he was giggling at night time in a big spacious lobby very unprofessional. But kids are going to be kids. But the property is 5 Star! "

"The gentleman who helped us with the check in was amazing. The lady with the check out had a really bad attitude. The hotel is well located, close to liberty park, so very convenient to go to the Statue of Liberty. The area is very noisy, not sure if this is the case for all NYC"
