« This suite was perfect for our three day stay while our teenage sons attended a swim meet. It is small. I was surprised by the size when I first got in. BUT, it is actually such a great space if you are using it as a home base and have other things going on in the city. It was way cheaper than a hotel room, and had a beautiful kitchen to heat up our meals. And, the host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again. »

« You're supposed to get the code to access the property 24 hours before. We had agreed with the manager that we would check in at 1pm and at 12:45pm we still hadn't received it. We texted both directly and through the app with no response. I called several times. The owner finally picked up and said, I'll send you the code and then rudely hung up without saying anything else. We didn't get the code until 2:30 pm and by that time, we had found a different place to stay. Poor communication. And...

« Le plus problématique à était la communication avec l'hébergeur avant le séjour. Les informations nécessaires à l'enregistrement ont été communiquées uniquement deux jours avant notre arrivée. Il est aussi pratiquement impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone et les échanges par mail ont été très lents. Donc si vous avez des questions essayer de mettre un maximum d'éléments dans votre mail. Aussi, le règlement de la caution se fait via PayPal. Concernant: Le logement rien à dire ce dernier...
