"The Canalta in High River is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good with a variety of options and the staff all seem very friendly. "

"Carpet was dirty, there was lots of toilet paper or paper towel bit laying arond on it. That must be being used to wipe surfaces down. The extractor fan in the bath room was unplugged from its socket and didnt work when plugged back in. When i followed the instruction on the paperwork for getting my room cleaned after my 3rd day, i spoke to the front desk in the morning at 05:25 adking could i get my room cleaned. It never happened, i had to skeak to the girl on evening shift to get it done. Once again bits of paper laying on the carpet."

"The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit."

"The rooms were clean and they checked regularly if you wanted your room cleaned as we were there for an extended period. The breakfast was great and plenty of it. Very polite staff. Definitely would recommend. "
