"The staff was excellent. I received an email prior to arrival offering the option to sign up for early check in and/or late check out. However, I was not offered the option of requesting valet or parking onsite. When we arrived, we were initially told there was no room. While that was ultimately cleared up, it caused stress that I was not expecting. If there is the possibility of parking onsite being unavailable, that should be made clear at time of reservation."
