"This is a comfortable and slightly quirky hotel. For example… a polar bear in the bar ( not live) and there is a wonderful decoration theme in the rooms. Loved it!
The staff is outstanding from the valet parking attendant, to Sharon at checkin and the servers in the bar! Be sure to try a Marie Antoinette cocktail! It come with cake!"
"Very friendly and helpful staff, great location
Low-noise carpet in hallways. Cool old building!
One thing- renovations should not have included painting over beautiful old window fixtures and other original hardware, with green wall paint."
"I had a wonderful 3 night stay at CitizenM. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The breakfast bar was amazing! Fresh fruit, protein, eggs and a variety of bread. Great location! Walkable and scenic."
