I had a question after checking out...called talked to one of the rudest person called Brian at the front desk .. wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me ...I actually asked him to email me my receipt. I had to contact customer service to get it. The lady at customer service was awesome. I definitely wouldn't stay at the Braintree Sonesta again. "

"My room was very comfortable. Good, firm mattress. Slept well. Bedroom doors are noisy when guests let them slam. Staff was helpful. Shuttle driver was great. Exercise equipment in good order. Friendly bar. "
