Very clean. Convenient to have a kitchenette. Easily walkable to the beach. We enjoyed some of the activities offered by the resort. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I am 29 years old, travelling with my girlfriend. This hotel is so underrated. The room was very clean and prettier than online photos may suggest. The view on the mountains was simply perfect. It has an authentic hawaiian vibe and is close to nature. The owner, Philip, as all the staff, were very friendly. The pool is clean, the breakfast is convenient. We had music shows three times. We definitely recommend!!

Koloa Landing property is absolutely beautiful. The gardens around the pool and property are amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool restaurant food was really good. The free yoga and exercise classes was a nice bonus. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The bed was really comfortable with more than enough pillows. I highly recommend Koloa Landing.

Lovely modern two bedroom, two bath condo units at Poipu Point, no beach on site but large shallow pool appropriate for kids. Construction nearby (did not affect our stay). No housekeeping but beach towels changed anytime. Check in easy (food stored by bellman in freezer) until room was ready; then sent to (pleasant) concierge to hear about time sharing offers and for -purchase activities-took about 10 minutes and was not bothered again by them. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the start of April 2024. We had a King Room, Pool View and we’re on the 3rd floor in the easternmost building. Cleanliness is huge for me, and this property and room was immaculate. The hotel room had flooring throughout (yay for no carpet when you’re packing sand around), and the bathroom was one of the largest I’ve seen in any standard hotel room with an awesome walk in shower. Staff with pleasant and very helpful. The view: phenomenal of the large pool...

The hotel is nice and clean. The furniture in the rooms could stand to be updated but the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. It's quiet too which is nice. The gym needs some kind of universal machine but has good cardio equipment and free weights. The lounge/lobby bar is fantastic and so is the restaurant. Most of all, the service is truly 5-star. Kauai is a go out and explore island with less resort-dedicated time but this place is worthy of your time.

Great family-friendly resort. The hotel staff from valet, front desk, groundskeepers, and servers were incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms were very clean and the staff clearly did a lot to manage the mold in this high-humidity climate. We've stayed at other hotels on Kauai where moldy smells are an issue and we didn't encounter any issues here. The pools and grounds are phenomenal and the location allows for a central point to go east or west island for day trips. All parking and resort...

The house was much larger than we expected, and had every amenity of home (but for shampoo). The owners (and really everyone we met in the town of Pahala) were incredibly warm and welcoming. We will come again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the banyan harbour- the condo was equipped with everything that we needed. They layout was nice and for the 4 of us well, we were not tripping over each other. The harbour banyan also has beach gear that we could use, which was very convenient. Kiki was very helpful And even gave us guide books and coupons for the restaurants in the area. The location was close to the airport and only 15 minutes from the popular popiu area.

Fantastic beachfront location, with a few good restaurants within walking distance. Depending on who is on duty at the front desk, communications range from excellent to poor.
