Front desk staff doesn’t take the time to greet you. We had a room on the second floor and the hotel has no elevator. Hallways had an unpleasant smell, the mattress was sinking in the middle, blankets were so worn out we ended up in Walmart buying a new blanket. By far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

Me and my family were very happy with our stay at the hotel. I would book and recommend the hotels to others. We were amazed with free breakfast that was very delicious and we had so many options to choose from. The food was delicious.
The property was dated and my room was so basic and didn’t have a place to put my luggage and the bathroom door suck really bad but everything was very clean

We did not have any towels after 1st night and room was not cleaned or towels provided for 3rd night. Concerns shared with staff but manager was not available and was going to call. No response from manager to date
My friend and I took five kids so it worked out perfectly. We had a little suite that had a separate bedroom so her crew stayed in one room and my crew stayed in the other. It was perfect, affordable and close to the Hampton Beach Casino, where we saw concert would definitely stay again.

I loved that the facility was close to Seacoast United. There was a nice sports lounge across the street which had delicious food and drinks. Very friendly staff!

Pros: The staff was phenomenal. The breakfast is very nice. The pool was clean and heated! The bed linens were clean and matresses comfortable.
Cons: The property is nice on the outside, the inside is very outdated. The carpets are dingy. Our suite had a velvet sofa bed that was warped and dirty. The microwave plate was not for the microwave and didn't fit.

I was told that I didn't have a reservation. This was a Christmas gift I got for my granddaughter back in November. Expedia states I didn't pay at the time of the booking but I did. It was not a pleasant interaction

The staff was very friendly. The bed was was very hard and uncomfortable.
My five year old was looking forward to swimming in the heated pool but it was very cold.

Hard bed
We stayed only one night because we went to a concert near by. We didn’t spend much time there. The bed was super hard, and my back was killing me the next morning. The breakfast was good and hot. The hotel itself is a little outdated but it was a good price for just to sleep there.
Very comfortable and clean room. You could smell the clean when you entered the room. The bed couldve been better, quite firm mattress. Prefer a softer bed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Great choices abd everything was hot. Would stay again!

Centrally located to everything around Hampton. Numerous restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly. Grab-and-go breakfast available. Our room had sufficient space. New refrigerator that is much larger than other establishments. Coffee, TV and microwave in room. We were attending a funeral and it was next too the hotel. I'd stay here again.
