"Stayed with my boyfriend at this hotel for a concert at TD Coliseum. We stayed just for 2 days/1 night but left very satisfied. From the start it was a great experience - we arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled check in at 3PM but we were luckily able to check in early since our room was ready for us. We had booked a single king bed room and it was super comfortable. We also found ourselves a bit chilly during the night but the heating was very easy to figure out. The washroom was quite clean as well. The shower was probably as clean as they could get (there were some marking on the bottom of the tub but they seemed to be the kind that appear when being used frequently) and there were lots of towels of different sizes. I had brought my own hair tools but they do provide a hair dryer. The only thing that I think could’ve been improved in the room was the TV - I really wish they had a smart TV so we could connect to either Youtube or Netflix. We did go through the cable channels but a lot of the channels we might’ve been interested in were not available which was a bummer but not a deal breaker by any means. Breakfast was pleasant and easy to navigate. They had sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and a waffle/pancake station where you can cook using their batter. Also super close to the bus stop. Was able to get on our GO bus just outside the hotel and around the corner - so convenient! Will stay here for our next concert in August!!"

"This was truly one of the worst motels at which I've ever stayed. The room was too warm, and the thermostat was broken. Worse still, the deadbolt on the door wasn't even functional; the screws were loose and it didn't connect at the proper spot. I understand that the price for the room was quite low, and so potential guests should revise their expectations. But frankly, the lack of maintenance was shocking."

"The room was clean and smelt fresh. The staff was welcoming and always smiling. We didnt have breakfast so I am not sure. We took parking instead of breakfast . We havd alot of parking."

"Found parking garage easily. No problem parking a Honda CRV in the garage. Very convenient location to TD Coliseum(attending Hatsune Miku Concert)…less than 5 min walk. We had a wonderful overnight stay. We definitely plan to stay at this hotel anytime we are in Hamilton."

"Although the room was clean, the building was very dirty and smelled so bad. The location is good but there were so many homeless people around I stayed over for 4 nights and all I got in my room was: 2 facial bar, 2 daily pack of shampoo, 2 medium towels. Housekeeping was per request/ charge. There is no resident staff after working hours. There’s only one staff at a time in building They charges me $210 for deposit, which was refunded but I never paid more than a $100, even in great hotels. If you want to choose this place, just consider everything."

"It was a basic hotel. Unfortunately, a couple of our towels were stained. And one of the waste bin was not emptied. For the price I would have expected a bit more attention to details. But the area was beautiful. Staff very friendly. "

"Awful place they gave away my two rooms but wouldnt give my friend back a refund on her room which would have forced her to stay there alone because again they gave away my families two rooms..Then refused to refund her and told her she can't have visitors nor can she go room to room if we were to stay there..Then the check in karen said she'd have any car parked there visiting towed away...I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM A DIME"
