"I recently stayed at the Hyatt, and overall it was an amazing experience that truly felt worth every dollar. The kids club was wonderful—although I didn’t personally use it, my friend did and her kids were safe, happy, and well taken care of. Special thanks to Sophia, who did a fantastic job with the children. At the front desk, the service was good across the board, but Gabriel really stood out. Her attention to detail and genuine care made my stay so much more enjoyable—I honestly wanted to tip her personally for how much she went above and beyond. Tjay deserves recognition as well. He arranged the best driver for us, ensuring we had a safe trip, and even added special touches to make my candlelight dinner with my daughter unforgettable. His thoughtfulness and information truly made the night magical. Entertainment was top-notch too—Rohan kept the energy alive with music, interacted with the crowd, and even played a special request for my daughter. That really meant a lot. The food was solid—about an 8/10, which is very good for resort dining. Lots of choices, and generally on the higher end for resort quality. I did have one small hiccup with my room, but Paul, the manager, immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to fix it, even after I told him not to worry. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. All in all, the staff here are incredible across the board—caring, professional, and dedicated to making guests feel at home. Thank you, Hyatt, "

"My husband and I had a fabulous 6 days at Zilara! The staff was amazing, friendly and very good at making you feel pampered. My only complaint is minimal, would have been nice to know ahead of time that local vendors do come on the property to sell local island souvenirs, we wouldn’t have paid for a taxi into town. "

"The property was amazing! There were 8 of us and we had an awesome time! Daily housekeeping was an added bonus. We hired the chef for a birthday dinner and the food was delicious and was reasonably priced. The beach is not within walking distance and the transfer to beach is not included that would have been a nice perk. We did feel safe at the house. Because I’ve been to Jamaica before I did have transportation for excursions. We did use hospitality experts for our airport transfer which includes a trip to the grocery store, this was seamless once I got the Zelle "

"Beautiful property and surroundings.Very clean,bed was comfortable,kitchen and bathroom fully stocked,home away from home.Only issue was we didn't have hot water for a 3-4 days.The dryer didnt have a handle.The beach and pool was easily accessible while been private. The beautiful beach xould do with some maintenance where the sea weeds are concernedOverall it was a great stay and i would come back again."

"We had a wonderful time at Caribbean Jewel Villa. We were a party of seven, myself and my husband, our college daughters, our grandson and his wife, and my mother-in-law. We were overwhelmed with the hospitality from Desmond and his staff. They made our stay one of the best we’ve had in Jamaica. Beverly‘s food was out of this world. Our driver Norman was so accommodating and such a lovely person. We miss Desmond already. He was such a beautiful person and so much fun to talk to."
