We really enjoyed the entertainment and live performances. The staff and the food were amazing, and there were a lot of options. The pool, waterpark and beach were beautiful. The room was outdated not as updated as I would have expected, definitely wasn’t updated in 2021. However, I did have a partial ocean view and golf views which were just breathtaking to see for 7 mornings! Didn’t like the weird smell in the hallways.

Fist just to said thank you 😊 I had a good time with the family but i had a bad experience the last day I no want any parents to go with, one of the cook at the buffet bullied and bodyshame my 9 years old daughter in front of everyone because she aske for some cheese on her eggs. Very disappointed.

The facility is nice but is by no means new. The pools are nice. The beach is pretty clean. The swim up bar is in need of some work but the service there is awesome. The majority of the food options were very bland. I have no food allergies but my wife is allergic to gluten and there were very few GF options which made it harder for her to eat. Talking to the chef helped a lot. If they ask if you want to do this, do so. You may get more options. The jerk hut was great. The staff were very friendly all over the resort but the front desk seemed understaffed at times. There were kid’s activities in the kids club that came at extra cost like tie dye and kite making. Kids club was included. Spa pricing was reasonable and our massage therapists were amazing. All in all, we had a great time. Taking part in third party excursions made for a great vacation.

We had a good time at Hilton Rose Hall Resort in Jamaica. We hope you have better breakfast meat options in the future as our family do not eat pork and majority of the breakfast meat is pork. Would love if you offer options such as turkey bacon and chicken/turkey or beef breakfast sausages for folks that don't eat pork. Also, the bed was too firm; hoping for less firmer beds in future stays. Jamaica is beautiful!

I would give this property an overall 4/10. The hotel itself and its amenities are nice but the food is very bad. Some of the staff are extremely friendly and kind but others are extremely rude and not willing to help or assist in any way. The rooms can be way better for the price and the food definitely needs work. Bartenders that were extremely friendly and provided great service that you should look for are Steffon, Fiona, and Okeem. Overall, I would not return to this property.

The best staff members in all my experiences staying at hotels. Very attentive and courteous, timely, just amazing staff all around the campus. The food was super delicious and delightful, great variety with so many options.. The best food on the island is found at Hilton Rosehall. Then activities and live entertainment to top it all off. My kids didn’t want to leave. Planning to vacation there annually. Thanks for the great experience
