"This is a very nice apartment in a great location with many great restaurants, bars, ice-cream places within a minute walk. It's large, light, clean and has a well-appointed kitchen. Bathrooms were also modern and clean. The host is very friendly, and left us alone while we were there. We would certainly like to stay here again next time."

"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. "Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. "If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect.
