It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

Staff was undoubtedly the best part for me; always helpful and kind. The room was ready hours before I got there and spotless, and I found the bed surprisingly comfortable. I only stayed for one night but they made my experience seemless and comfortable. It was also nice to have ready access to a café/bakery as well as a bar/restaurant.

Lovely staff, spacious room, most comfortable beds. Rooftop pool is a little small, but quiet and spacious with a bar and food options. Also have “wine time” between 5-7 everyday and free drip coffee in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again :)
