This was the first time I had stayed here. Great room with big windows and black out curtains. Everything that you could need for your stay. Beds were very clean and comfortable; design of the room was quirky, especially the lighting panel- loved it. En-suite was very clean and well maintained- much better than in some more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Sustainable shower gel and shampoo dispensers-great idea. Didn’t use the breakfast facilities but it was busy in the morning so people thought it worthwhile. Only downside was that the carpeted areas in the corridors could have done with a clean. Overall a positive experience and at a decent price for a city centre hotel, with lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping nearby.

This is one of our favourite hotels! This hotel has amazing amenities, rooms are so well appointed. The bed and bedding was so luxurious it was like sleeping on a cloud. The restaurant located in the hotel was also a 5⭐️. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were so gracious and helpful. If in Glasgow do not pass on this hotel. So close to all restaurants and shopping and felt extremely safe

Having to park a long way away and walk all the way through Grand Central Station with our luggage was not fun. Valet parking would be a great thing to add!

The coffee was not working. Staff was amazing. We did have a do not disturb site on our door and someone did enter without our permission
