Our room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job, cleaning daily and keeping the minibar well-stocked. The beach and pools were absolutely fantastic – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. I want to give a special thanks to Joanna from the Philippines, who served us many times at the restaurant. She was truly the kindest and most attentive person I've ever met. For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning. But the best part? The staff who were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. Don’t even hesitate — stay here. Highly recommended!"
