"Our stay at the Nesean Plaza was so nice. This stay was a part of our Honeymoon. We got a bottle of champagne and a plate with fresh fruit when we arrived! The staff was very kind. And most important, the room was so clean! We got clean towels everyday. Breakfast was a buffet and had enough optione to choose from. If we go to Crete (Heraklion) we would stay in this hotel again. "We were here for two nights. This hotel is really well located. Just outside the city centre so you get a good nights sleep. We can not fault it. A lovely internal court yard where you can enjoy the excellent breakfast. I think the hot tub in the advertisment photo is either attached to another room or no longer exists. We did not have a balcony but no problem with that. Our flight back to the U.K was at 11.30p.m. Staff allowed us to store our cases in the reception area so we could enjoy the rest of the day in the city without having to worry. (I think this is routinue if you ask as other's had done the same thing). Recommend a stay."

"Well located, reasonably priced hotel, with comfortable but basic rooms. Highlight is the top floor breakfast room with great views over the harbor. Rooms have small, but pleasant, balconies. Staff helpful and friendly. We had a car, and one can park temporarily outside the hotel while unloading, and then drive to the nearby (5 mins walk) public parking by the harbor which costs 8 Euros for 24 hours."

"Nous sommes aux portes de l’aéroport. Il y a une piscine, des serviettes disponibles. Un restaurant sur place et un service de déjeuner excellent! Un ascenseur pour les étages. Un local pour travailler et un coin internet. Un stationnement disponible et à l’écart de la rue même s’il y a de la place pour stationner partout autour. Une cantina tout près et un dépanneur aussi. Sérieux ? quand tu arrives ou que tu quittes Héraklion et que tu veux que ce soit parfait avant ou après ton séjour en Crète c’est un havre de repos. J’imagine aussi que ce serait extra aussi pour séjourner longtemps. Seul possible bémol pour certains les avions décollent juste à côté. C’est beau les voir tout illuminé de soir. Un grand merci à l’équipe du Sophia hôtel. J’ai adoré xx"
