Although a little tired and dated the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is what makes the hotel, friendly and professional. Helpful and welcoming and only too happy to give information with a special mention to Diana in the restaurant. The location was great, with plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

This was a last minute booking for us and we were absolutely thrilled with this hotel. The hotel was a lot bigger than we expected and was very busy the night we stayed but we didn’t hear any noise in our room and had a great nights sleep. The bed is a little firmer than I would choose but that’s a preference.
They had a really neat idea of sockets/outlets for different countries plugs.
Breakfast was very good with a fresh fruit and yoghurts, a traditional English fry up as well as toast,...

I stayed one night only as I had business nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the hotel and even more so when I discovered that the rooms had been caringly upgraded and decorated. A final pleasant surprise came when I learned that the restaurant in the hotel was of a very high standard - I ate well and slept well and was very well taken care of for a very modest price. The weather did not allow me to enjoy the lovely courtyard at the back of the hotel but had it been then it...

Weather was extremely hot and the air conditioning was not working. I reported it to reception and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. Eventually we were upgraded to a feature room in the newer section at no extra cost. Thank you to Ben the night manager. When next in Marlow I will definitely book here.
