We arrived and were welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was lovely, clean and a good size for the two of us. The beds were very comfortable and two types of pillows was a bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast that had a good variety and even catered for our vegetarian needs. Overall a lovely stay.

Really clean bathroom, spotless not a pubic hair in sight! Really appreciated the cleanliness. Bed comfortable, made beautifully and clean sheets. Sofa bed was made up for arrival as requested. Breakfast had everything you needed and was in the price so that’s a bonus. Parking not a problem at all and free! Great location - we were heading to Southampton Port. Would definitely book again.

Decent place, nice and clean, close to London, retail park nearby was helpful, breakfast nice, ample parking. Room was comfy. Bedside table was a little wonky and coming away from the wall a little, and doors were a little loud in the morning - was woken up both nights by people up early slamming, but appreciate these are fire doors which are loud when they close. I’d certainly stay here again if coming for something specific.
