"Where to start....booked a king size bed and was given a full size. Agter beinging that tobtheir attention, was told we can switch you to the fifth floor. Oops , forgot to metion the elevator doesnt work. The room was tiny, kinda reminded me of a cabin on the cruise ship. The check in service was horribly long. Parking was difficult as there was sone kinda school eent and this meant all spots were taken. Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. The water in room 202 ran a drip all night and day. When i brought that to their attention, I was advised they would adrress it bit didn't. "

"First of all the elevator didn’t work, whole time was on construction). Air conditioning was working poorly: either too hot or too cold and loud. They obviously were doing construction work at the hotel and it was very loud. The area surrounding the hotel was ok. "

" They charge me twice for one room I cannot get anyone on phone to rectify this situation and return my money "

"Clean room, friendly staff. Make sure you don't get a room close to the elevator. "

"Room clean, there’s always a tv issue idk why, some TV allow u to watch Netflix others don’t, some tvs work great others don’t, there isn’t a person on sundays to help with that idk why so be cautious if staying on the weekend just check if the tv is working , everything is great specially the staff is always lovely "

"Wonderful place. Great staff. Only problem was the heater was set at 89 degrees when we arrived and it took hours to cool it down "

"Pillows were to hard, but beds were comfortable. Overall a nice stay."
