For the winter months you will appreciate the fire place. This unit has front door parking. It has a private entrance and is located on the second floor. Condo has open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, and has the ambiance of a wood burning fire place. A 54 inch TV includes DVD player, Cable TV, and Roku as well. TV’s are also located in each of the two bedrooms. Washer & dryer and dishwasher are also This is located blocks off of Hwy 281 convenient to nearby malls/shopping, hospitals, medical offices, schools, airport and restaurants. It is also only minutes away from our charming downtown area which has many great boutiques, restaurants, bars, and our historic Grand movie theater. Convenient also to the State Fair grounds, Husker Harvest Days, and to the Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center. Close to shopping for essentials that cropped up during the week and a myriad of food options. It was so nice to relax on a couch or eat take home at a table at the end of a busy day. And the quiet…to have down time in peace and quiet was restorative. Do note that this is a condo and everyone in your party should be able to climb a set of stairs. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood safe. Host was easy to communicate with and just a lovely person.
