Everything was quick and easy with checking in. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfy! We were within walking distance from the pool and our parking spot. Communication with staff was spot on and quick as well! Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent, only issue room wasn’t ready when we checked in

The property is in a great location. It's about 5 minutes walk to the Alamo and 7 minutes walk to River Walk. The property has good amenities like full kitchen with pots and pans, washer and dryer in the unit with laundry pods so we can cook and wash our clothes. The staff are friendly and responsive. The issue is we booked 1 unit with 3 bedrooms but we got 2 units instead. They were next to each other but they were not connected rooms which was inconvenient. Also, there was no floor mat in the bathroom. The ceiling had water damage and the water was dripping when the AC turned on so we had to put a towel on the floor so we didn't slip and fall.

The property was new, modern, and clean with a friendly staff. There were hidden fees that were slipped in on us at check in; these were unexpected and non-negotiable, according to the front desk clerk. We will likely not be back to stay because we shouldn't be forced to pay for perks that we did not use. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing to be put in that situation upon arrival.

Very nice hotel. Parking was a little pricey at about $60 a day.
