"Unfortunately we had to wait 20 min for the room to be cleaned ehike we waited in our vehicle , but I also understand stuff happens. Front end staff and the lady that cleaned our room were very nice. The sound does carry quite a bit from the upstairs unit, especially when they wear their shoes. But again, it didn’t last too long thankfully. The room was clean, we got 10% off our meal and white foot and were offered a free breakfast voucher for the inconvenience for waiting for our room. It was not a bad experience, just a few hiccups. Thank you, Paul & Tams "
