"We had a wonderful stay at the The Westin New York at Times Square. The hotel was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and quiet — exactly what we were hoping for in the middle of the city. It felt comforting from the moment we arrived. The customer service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive.
