Condo guests also have access to all the amenities at Pointe West Resort and Beach Club, including an infinity pool and hot tub, pool side bar, fitness facility, and miles of walking trails.

The space is perfect for couples or small families on vacation together. The modern condo features crisp, clean lines in its oversized grey couches, faux bamboo floors and granite countertops. Portal-style mirrors and artwork featuring the tide at bay and bubbling brooks create a relaxed and inviting environment.

Double glass doors just off the dining room lend way to the private patio which features a cozy hammock, lounge chairs, and a wooden outdoor bistro table - perfect for lazy afternoon brunch or late night social hour. Per square foot, the patio space is almost as large as the shared dining and living room, meaning you and your guests can lounge in style and take in expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The 1427-square foot condo comfortably sleeps everyone. One bedroom features an overhead ceiling fan and a TV; a second bedroom features bunk beds perfect for younger travelers. All guests have access to a full bathroom complete with granite counter tops and a rainfall nozzle shower head.The main bedroom suite is home to an overhead ceiling fan, and a private bathroom featuring a double sink vanity, granite countertops and an over-sized mirror and a glass stand-up shower. Best of all, the main bedroom suite offers a romantic private patio, perfect for a cozy glass of wine before bed.

THINGS TO KNOW
Starting September 5, 2023, Pointe West Resort will be conducting maintenance on the elevators. During this period, certain elevators will be unavailable for a few weeks.
Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
Due to local rules and regulations, there are certain restrictions around the pool occupancy and times of use. No reservations are required, but occupancy is limited to a first come, first serve basis up to 50% occupancy. Specific information will be provided after you book.
The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.
The Elevator has been replaced however, it can still have random outages

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
