"The location cannot be beat. The views of the bay and the beautiful sunsets are priceless. The kids especially loved seeing the dolphins and pelicans from the porch. We were a large group and the huge amount of living space and private baths were appreciated. To top it all off the owner was always quick to respond for any question (from right after booking to the end of our stay) and couldn’t have been nicer. We look forward to making this a tradition."

"This property was located on the canal with access to fishing and crabbing. Nice porch area with a swing, bench and picnic area. Location was great! Nice accommodations and host was quick to respond with any answers to questions. Will rent again in the future!"

"We had a great time in the Rocky Top house. We had to call the property owner due to the gas being shut off on the island and the water heater having to be relit. The problem was resolved very quickly and we were so thankful!"
