It was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The house was big enough for all of us to hang out and have fun. Having the downstairs bathroom was a huge plus for us. We didn't have to go upstairs every time we needed to go. Bonus was an ice machine vending station at the front of the place.
