« Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area. »

« The property and room are OK. The room was nice but noisy due to it being a bottom unit and a lot of road noise. The worst thing was that during our stay our car was broken into as individuals were going through cars, trying to unlock them, and then taking items. We were woken up at 12:45 AM by police who had been called and chased the suspects, who then threw our car registration. « Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We experienced a smoke evacuation in the hotel and the staff made sure all residents were out of the hotel and safe. Breakfasts were delicious, plentiful with lots of food choices. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« We routinely stay at this specific hotel when we visit Williamsburg. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and it’s a quiet hotel even when it’s full. It is also at a very convenient location for Busch Gardens and the Outlet mall. The only thing that I ca. mention is that the breakfast is an additional charge and is essentially the same breakfast that is free elsewhere. That’s a drawback. We will be regular customers due to the staff and the upkeep of the hotel! »

« Staff was kind but WiFi was not working. Upon checkout we were told that we should have reported that the WiFi wasn’t working and that they were working on it at the moment so it works in some rooms, not others. No additional linens in the room and had to request extra blankets and received one. TV was not working. Upon checkout we were offered that a manager could possibly give a discount on a future stay for our troubles…we will not be returning. »
