We were in The South Hampton Room and the bed was very difficult to get in and out of; they provided a step stool to help to get in the bed. They do not clean the rooms on a daily unless you ask the servant to do so during breakfast. To obtain clean towels, you must retrieve them from the storage closet. Unfortunately, there was a sewage type smell in the stairwell that would sometimes invade the rest of the house. The home sits alongside the college campus, so you will hear lots of traffic, since the windows are older. ##### David E. Air conditioning levels were inconsistent (albeit it was an extremely hot weekend).
