« Clean property with large rooms, high ceilings, and an incredible view. The playroom attached to the kids' room was a huge hit with our 4- and 6-year-olds! The hot tub was clean and features a great view, and the fire pit was fun to spend an evening around. Overall an excellent place to stay for families with super easy access to the national park and to all the Estes Park activities, with about a 7-minute drive to the 2 parking lots downtown. We will definitely be staying here again. »

« The house was just the perfect size. Everything was clean on arrival and felt warm and welcoming. The host was responsive during our stay. We would definitely book it again. »

« Very clean, quiet nicely decorated and comfortable. The only thing I wish was different is a later check out time. They owner wanted us to start dishwasher, wanted towels washed and trash taken out. This made for a rushed morning and would have liked more time to enjoy time with family at the property. I have also never rented a VRBO so I’m guessing this was standard protocol. Check in was 4:00 pm and check out was 10:00 am. »

« The location was too far to walk to the old town area. It was clean and we appreciated the large coach and dining table. The bedrooms were small and the large beds (comfy) did not allow for side tables. It made charging all of our devices challenging. All in all a satisfactory experience for the price. Arvada is a neat area! »
