We loved our stay here, the breakfast was amazing and all the staff were very friendly. We just found our room to be cold and the heat control was difficult to maintain

What a gem of a hotel. The front desk personnel are Fantastic, breakfast was delicious and presented in a very elegant way. Our room was stylishly appointed and the bed very comfortable. Overall 10 out of 10.

Impeccable service all around ! First class! Amazing location! Right off the piazza and next to the Uffizi museum. Delectable made to order breakfasts. The staff here helps with absolutely everything.

A hidden gem, this hotel was a real find. The staff went out of their way to make our stay first rate - especially the chef Lisa, who made us load of vegan treats for breakfast. The location is amazing, very central, but fairly quiet. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice staff and accomodations... But, we were on 3rd floor, and boiler stopped working. Staff was a comodatingvand put us in another room, but TV did not wirk in that room. I think just random problems, we would certainly come back.

We had a great stay! It’s conveniently located next to everything in Florence! The staff were very nice and attentive to our needs! Highly recommend for people who want to have a nice 2-3 day stay in Florence :)

The staff was lovely. The chef even prepared a pitcher of ice tea for me. They were all so gracious and offered assistance with taxis, reservations and information. In addition, the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Our room was beautiful! The view from the breakfast area was fabulous. We did not realize until we were there that the location was so near Uffizzi. We wish we had booked more time there. We definitely will stay there longer next time.

A woderful hotel in a fantastic area of Rome. The staff is terrific. The hotel is very nice, clean and not too large so you feel quite at home.

The hotel was beautiful and in the heart of Florence! The locations was in walking distance to everything, the staff was very accommodating with our large group in the lounge area and overall the service was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The family room we stayed in was big and the bathroom was palatial. The breakfast was tasty and served in a beautiful room overlooking the piazza. We were a few minutes walk from the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo. The hotel entrance is located on a small lane between streets. Follow the instructions from the Piazza della Signoria and look up for the hotel flags on the lane. Treat yourself and stay here.

Not worth the price
The deluxe room did not match the images on the hotels.com page. The room was a lot smaller than what the images showed. The front desk just shrugged it off. One very slow elevator which is the only way to get to the room on the third floor. Trash bags with what seemed like construction debris all around us for the whole trip.

We had a great stay here! The staff is super friendly and helpful throughout our multiple requests for bookings, help in the room, ordering taxis, etc. The room itself was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable, very nice linens, towels, and robes. We later found out not all hotels in Italy have coffee in the rooms and it was nice to have an espresso machine in the room. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Florence within walking distance to MANY restaurants, shops, and museums. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station if taking the train to Florence (a little difficult with luggage and cobblestones but doable). We were very impressed by the breakfast as well! It is made to order instead of buffet so very fresh and delicious. The avocado that came with it was SO yummy! Our only complaint we had is that the air conditioning in the room is controlled by the front desk - this got VERY irritating when you are walking around sweating and come back to a warm room. They also had to call in an engineer one night because the room was not getting cooler despite them turning down the temperature.

Beautiful but overpriced
The room is lovely but I think overpriced. We were not even here during high season. There was also some repairs being done outside our room, so this was disappointing to see.

The property is bang in the middle of the city center. Walking to all landmarks. The hotel itself is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely return.

AR CONDICIONADO NAO FUNCIONAVA
Das 3 noites, 2 o AR Condicionado nao estava funcionando. Calor insuportavel, quase 40 graus durante o dia! So foi consertado na ultima noite. O quarto tinha um mezanino, onde o calor era ainda pior, onde ficavam meus filhos, que nao conseguiam dormir por causa da alta temperatura. O Hotel nao me reembolsou/nao me compensou de nenhuma forma. Paguei 400 euros por noite, e nao conseguia dormir!!! O Hotel disse para resolver com HOTELS.COM. Aguardo HOTELS.COM me dar um retorno, uma compensacao!
