"At first I was bothered by the price if night 1- it was quite excessive due to no rooms available in FC…I mean zero rooms due to 3 university graduations. So, the owner made the decision to make off well. Also, the front doesn’t look fancy…but in the end- I was very happy with the property- new rooms, 15-20 minutes to downtown DC!! I will stay here again. Felt safe and dining across street."
"Older hotel that is in need of updates and a good cleaning. Checked in and found glitter on the bathroom floor, it was still there when we checked out a week later. Bathtub had mold, walls under sink were caked with dirt and cobwebs and the towels were better suited for sanding instead of drying due to their roughness. The complimentary breakfast was minimal. Eggs, bacon one day sausge the next and mke your own waffels in addition to cold cereal. Luckily we only needed a place to sleep for a few...
