"I stay at many embassy suites if they are availabe in the areas i travel (charlotte, houston and dallas are a few i stayed at within the past year). This location needs some updates. Bathroom tubs were yellow and old. Hot water took a long time to come on. Staff was great and professional. Our issue is we paid for a higher room with a monument view.
