We loved our stay at the CitizenM so much. We were treated with goodness and kindness by all the staff, and the signature aroma that you smell and ambiance when you walk in, is amazing!!! Everything we needed was near by, subway access, great restaurants, theatres and the exciting spectacle of Time Square. We would like to go to other CitizenM locations in the future. My son and I were “stuck” in NYC for 2 nights due to the global internet fiasco. With literally no reasonably priced rooms with more than 1 bed, I used filters to drill down and found Pod. What a cool place!!! The location could not be better for the walking tourist, and the concept is genius. What a fantastic use of space and a focus on cleanliness. If I ever find myself in NYC, I won’t be looking for a place to stay, I’ll be staying at Pod.
