The Nomad ATL property was clean, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the city. Its convenient location made it easy to access restaurants, attractions, and other nearby destinations. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta.

Fantastic area of Atlanta; pool was beautifully landscaped and had adorable umbrellas - very classy. The staff were incredible - shout out to Mark the bellman as well as the head of security!

The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded fairly quickly to texts - we did have problem with our code for our lock which took a while to fix, but it was handled after reporting the items below we were assured that we wouldn't be charged for them had to reach out to request the damage refund - reimbursed about a week and a half after our departure Cons: had to contact them to get check-in instructions early in the afternoon- we were just a couple of hours from arriving to town and concerned we hadn't received them a little earlier had to request a parking spot - wished that had been included on some instructions/emails prior to arriving - had to submit a payment for a space there were some things like a broken toilet seat, the shower handle was duct taped to the wall, extra sliding door locks were missing screws, and there was a wall with a big section of chipped paint from a door - sent pictures so that it could documented, which they did - wanted to make sure we would get our damage deposit back
