Certainly a clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel. Everyone we interacted with on staff was wonderful. So if those are your only two concerns, you can stop here lol Definitely not a perfect experience. The room was warm and wouldn't get any colder. The AC unit said it was 65 degrees in there but I can guarantee it wasn't. Maybe it was because we were in a one-king room on the top floor-- a room we received because they ran out of the two-double room I booked MONTHS ago. They also told us there was a pull out couch for us and we could use a rollout bed. There was no couch in the room, so a roll-out bed it was. The sink was also very slow to drain which was frankly gross. The location was more than worth the money/issues because we stayed for a music festival in Piedmont Park. A 6-7 minute walk instead of looking for parking and dealing with traffic was incredible. Overall, we were pretty pleased, but not a flawless stay,
