Fantastic place, just perfect. Everyone are there to please you, the rooms are very quiet and gorgeous....the restaurant next to the inn is awesome...very good food. we will return there for sure....

Great location, cool vibe, comfortable facilities.

Definitely a more expensive hotel, but worth it in my opinion if you have the funds! Super walkable to every thing you might want to do in Salem. We parked the car and didn’t get back in till we were leaving. The hotel staff were so kind and professional and polite. And the building itself is stunning inside and out. Only downside was our room didn’t have a mini fridge haha but first world problems right. There was always cold water available to refill bottles.

We really enjoyed our one night stay in Gloucester at Bass Rocks. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and encouraged to enjoy freshly baked cookies and a cup of coffee in their cozy and scenic seating area as we planned our visit. It was difficult to choose where to eat and there were many local restaurants nearby. Afterwards, there were DVD's to borrow, a wonderfully heated pool and a large hot tub to soak in, as well as a gas fire pit area to relax around. It was lovely to have an ocean...

Had great service starting from the fay before with a personal call to explain parking and check in. Was greated and made to fwel welcomed. Easy checkin and chexkout. Room was cozy but clean and stocked with snacks!

Hotel sits a top a hill. Overlooking the oceans and salt marshes... Located a mile form downtown Gloucester and 3 miles from picturesque Rockport . Hotels grounds are well-manicured and roooms are clean. Lots of interesting scenery nearby. I’d recommend it.

Incroyable chambre, très bien décorée, grande, propre

Convenient location with great amenities.

Didn't know it was a B&B when booked. Turned out to be a nice experience. Would be better for a business traveller if Brekbast started earlier.

Where do I even begin? My family of 4 fell in love with this spectacular 21 apartment style room boutique hotel! We immediately noticed how clean it smelt and how spotless & bright everything was! The level of cleanliness at The Courier Hotel far exceeded all hotels we've ever been in! All the staff was so helpful and friendly, it was like I was catching up with old friends even though we just met. Everything we needed was already there in the room. We didn't need to pack dishes, paper towels or...

The room was very clean, staff was super friendly greeting you everyone you enter or leave, parking was easy and it’s in the perfect spot for everything

Wicked awesome! It was a great place to stay, very close to the shore. Would 100% recommend staying here!

The hotel staff are awesome and helpful. Hotel is centrally located in the pedestrian section of Essex. MTBA parking is only an 8 minute walk and very inexpensive.

This was a beautiful place to stay for a quiet time and watching the ocean. The shared area was nice. The only thing I didn’t like about it was that the balcony was shared so you would have seen people going and coming all the time.

Stayed the night, quick and easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was delicious.

A happy hour with half price apps would have been a nice way to meet your fellow guests
