Garage fermé en sous-sol (TB pour une Clio IV) appréciable en cas de grosses chutes de neige. Le propriétaire a toujours été réactif et arrangeant pour heure d'arrivée et de départ. "We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Great staff, anything we asked for they helped us with immediately. We had them help us make a phone call to a horseback riding place that didn’t speak English. Cool modern hotel room and bathroom. There was construction noise outside, but this whole city is growing and under construction, so I cant blame them for that. Noise doesn’t start until 800am, so get moving and go sightseeing. Highly recommend."
