« Overall our experience was positive. We experienced one issue in the washroom that was fixed at a very short notice. We requested for a vacuum cleaner and got it promptly. Further, there was no guarantee of a parking spot when we booked. However, we were assigned a reserved spot when we arrived. We only saw the staff when we requested help and they were friendly and very helpful.
The location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute drive from the University of Waterloo.
