Location de vacances de particulier à Fergus

« Wonderful property with so much to offer. Friendly and flexible host. »

« We had a great stay! It was cozy, clean and the hosts were very responsive. If you want to use the fire pit, the wood is not provided. We have suggested to the host to indicate this in the property description.”. »

« There was no parking available. There was a clicking sound coming from one of the electrical switches. I could hear people talking from the floor above me. »

« The place was excellent we were very pleased. Maybe better access to back area with chairs and access to barbeque would be nice as well! Great spot »

« The place was clearly cheaply built, and the people living upstairs (owner?) Were tromping around until last more than once and there is clearly no soundproofing out in. Also handyman came to caulk the kitchen backsplash during our visit which was just weird. Also, there is no control for the temperature in the unit so you're at the mercy of whatever the main for decides they want the temp to be up there which is clearly different than the basement. »

« Great space and a very clean house. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Check in was very straightforward. Hosts were great and responsive. Definitely recommend »

« The property was nice and well kept. Host was easy to get in touch with, listing stated check in was at 3pm, and the checking process stated 4pm. The host corrected this and gave us 3pm checkin. I would consider this property again »

It would have been very helpful to have an extra shower. There was no dishwasher and the washer already had bedsheets and could not be used. We also had trouble pulling the keys from...

« The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay. Being a very old house, with the arrival of warmer weather, there was an influx of ants around the doors; perhaps some ant traps would slow them down. Overall, a cute...
