"Clean room Staff were accommodating Breakfast was good but I wish could start earlier than 7 AM Parking good space"

"Hotel is dated , also not much to do , doesn’t have many areas to relax that are welcoming , especially with a group for sports . We had to have our drinks in the front lobby with the parents of our sports team , smelling smoke from outside and feeling cold . It was not ideal. I was also disappointed free breakfast isn’t included , and no pool or hot tub. Not much for kids to do at all . Was also disappointed to have pay $15 daily for parking in a parking lot with lots of spaces , they are not limited for parking, so not sure why we had to pay extra for it . It would be nice if the hotel had an outside bbq area or gas fire pit to enjoy while staying there . The hotel is lacking in that department big time . "

"Bed and pillows comfortable. Poor lighting. Small room. Woke up with six insect bites on arms and lower back!"

"Didn’t like the room layout, bath needs a little updating. Bed was only queen, not overly comfortable. Did not use any amenities nor breakfast. Close to highway, nothing to walk to. Do not clean room daily. Nothing bad but not great."

"One year old property. Great spot to stay if you need Guelph access. Easy parking. Chucks Roadhouse across the street for an easy (decent) spot for a quick bite or cocktail "

"The hotel was great. Very clean. The staff were very friendly. The only issue was the lack of lift, but I just had to take my to time on the stairs. I would definitely stay there again."
