"Clean Room with awesome lake views. Nice continental breakfast. The hotel was close to the Main Street and a stone’s throw away from the Mirror Lake."

"I di not rate the amenities because there really were none. The staff were very helpful and prompt when we called. The TV and remote did not work when we first went to the room. I called the front desk, and the gentleman was there immediately. There had been a full power outage the night before and just had to make an adjustment on the TV. He was apologetic and friendly. The coffee was readily available located by the front desk. Clean room, Made the 2 nights stay comfortable, close to town and Fort Ticonderoga. Parking is located right out the front entrance"

"Kitchen / living room + 1 bedroom + 1bathroom Really clean with a really good size for 2 people ; a family with young children might work, but probably a little small for 4 adults. Kitchen could have been more furnished with closing containers to keep the remains of cooking. Good location, close to groceries, about 5-7 min from the main street at lake placid."

"When we checked in at 11pm, there was no one at the front desk so we had to go across to High Peaks to check in. They were also out of water in the lobby the next day. Other than that, we are very happy with the Lake House and all their amenities. The access to Mirror Lake and pool, as well as their paddle boards and boats make for a fantastic stay! Also their proximity to town is great. And lastly, the fact that they are pet friendly is key for us. Great stay!"

"Overall a very good 2-day stay. Check‐in was ok. The elevators were out of order. So we had to use the service elevators. But the check-in itself was very easy. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to provide great service. We had a room on Main street. So it was a bit noise, especially when the garbage truck picked up garbage. I suggest trying to get a room on the parking lot side. The location was great- near everything!"
