We stayed here for 6 days and it was great. Great location. Free breakfast as well as free dinner Mon, Tues and Wed. Pool and hot tub were great, basketball court with balls available. Staff were the nicest people to deal with and went way out of their way to help us. We will be staying here again.

The FREE shuttle service from airport did not include baggage handling. I’m old, and lifting a large suitcase (packed for a 26 day cruise) up onto the bus, plus two more internal steps and then storing it internally in the back before sitting was not easy, especially while handling a carry on too! Handling wasn’t promised, but from experience, expected!
GOOD NEWS, on the return shuttle luggage storage was external and the driver did the lifting, well worth a generous tip!

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.
