"Overall, it was a nice hotel. We stayed in one of the bi-level lofts. For our family of 7 it worked out perfectly. We had issues with the phones and not being able to contact the front desk. We had to call on our personal phones or walk to the front desk. Floors in the room were extremely dirty, my kids' feet were black after only a few minutes walking on them. Kitchen had some items, but not a ton. Cups were small and there were no cookie sheets despite having an oven."
