"This was average for its price range. The staff were very friendly, but way too few with minimal service pool side or in the restaurants. They head centralized water centers, but the containers they provided were heavy, bulky glass containers. The water near our room was out of service for the week. Despite asking every day for Coke in our mini fridge, they made continued to say she was out. We tried all three restaurants. The food was bland and usually cold. The remainder of the time we ate at the buffet, which was essentially the same fair every evening and all things were room temperature and bland. The location was very close and great for diving to pick us up on the dock but very far from town requiring a $25 cab ride. overall, it was an acceptable stay, but I would not return to this hotel."

"Our AC barely worked, even after staff coming to fix it. Housekeeping was great, food was ok, staff was friendly for the most part. But it is lacking a good area to sit in a bar setting... the main "night time" bar didn't open until 9pm so if you eat an early supper, you have a couple hours with nothing to do, no where to go other than the tanning chairs, Sky Bar (which fills up fast - limited seating) or your room. Staff are pushy for trying to get you to buy their "preferred" packages. Heard from a few people they have let the place go but it was still in decent shape. "

"The ocean was visible and the pool. Many options go dining. There were nightly shows and activities put on by the hotel. The pools were great! We enjoyed our trip very much!! "

"The property overall was very good. The staff was friendly and I liked that you could go to other RIU hotels in the area and eat and drink and it was still all inclusive. The food was pretty good, most restaurants are buffet style. The rooms were a little dated but I liked daily room service. Nice place I would definitely go back again!"

Fantastic place to snorkel.  Warm and clean water.  We were 8 people from the same family and we rented a boat (Tintorero II).  The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge.  Great people.  On the way, drinks and snacks were served.

Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias.
