Came here from Toronto Canada to watch a football game at First Energy Stadium. I was here last year and stayed within walking distance to the stadium. When I contacted the previous hotel brand about booking this year I was surprised at what the nightly rate was. Friendly staff

This hotel is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area of Cleveland. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was within walking distant to museums and restaurants as well as public transportation. We would stay again if in the area.

I have travelled all over and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. This is by far the cleanest most comfortable hotel Ive ever stayed at. The staff are friendly, helpful and the cleaning staff are exceptional at their job! No matter where I went it was spotless. Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Decor was dated but well maintained. Only drawback is hearing the street noises as sirens/emergency was close by. Would recommend staying here.
