"The bathroom is too small."

"We loved the location, it’s down a one way side street so we didn’t hear sirens and other loud noises from our room. It was close to the subway and Times Square. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. Overall very happy with our stay. "

"Telephone is not working and no contact list number to call front desk or room service. Coffee maker machine was not working too - we informed to front desk everyday and no replacement. "

"Great location. Interior decor is horrible - the wall paper in the hallway is so busy that it makes one feel claustrophobic. The room was tiny and the window faces an interior shaft - had to keep curtains closed all the time as the window faces other windows."
