Dunn Peak Protected Area Vacation Packages

This hotel is nothing like the pictures that are shown, don't be fooled by the lobby. Carpets through out and in the room are filthy, and stained very badly, they smelled, they had actual gum stuck in them. The bathroom was dingy dark and the shower tray was so stained couldn’t tell if it was every white or not. The window overlooked a parking lot with the people doing drugs. The bed was so soft it felt like a hammock when you got in it. This hotel is very old, But is in need of a redo not just a face-lift. It then could be a charming hotel again. But as it stands it is not worth the price we were paid and they charge for parking. I was so glad it was only one night, because we didn't hardly sleep in those conditions.

Sandman signature is very well maintained property, the hot tub was out during our stay. I had a kitchenette but was missing just about everything to actually cook. I liked that you need a key card to access room and parking. I would recommend this property as the staff did accommodate what they were able. Also, my visit was during a very busy weekend. Convenient and clean. An easy stopover!

The staff were helpful and fine, but the hotel definitely needs maintenance. The hotel needs a complete renovation, and the rooms need at least a good scrubbing. There were marks that could be removed with a magic eraser. Just that extra little touch would help make the place more comfortable and welcoming. The staff were helpful and the place was mostly quiet, and it's in a good location too.
