"Crowded parking lot! Helpful checkin; clean upgraded room, bedding, & amenities ( bar fridge & microwave )! Disappointed in the VERY COMPLICATED TV CONTROLS (2 separate control clickers) : poor guidelines with respect to gaining access to & managing TV CONTROL > this should be straightforward & uncomplicated > it never worked for us! Why have or offer TV - if it’s a nightmare to get to work > please uncomplicate this for everyone! Tight bathroom ( virtually no counter/storage area for toiletries & personal care items/meds/ shaving gear/etc! Nevertheless > overall a positive experience! Thanx"
